In order for your request to be processed, it must include each and every one of the requirements set forth in articles 89 and 90 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as Article 29 of the same Law. , which are the following:

The only person empowered to exercise the right of ARCO, is the Holder of the Personal Data, who must exercise it before the person responsible for the processing of personal data and if he does not obtain a satisfactory response, he may go to the INAI, to present his complaint, of in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
